MATHS DROUGHT PROBLEM

To start Maths today Miss Campbell gave us a tricky maths problem.

Emma- We worked hard and really had to think. My face turned red with concerntration.
Toby- I learnt to slow down and not just guess.
Cameron- I learnt to borrow tens in algorithms when subtracting.
Tahu- I learnt to add large numbers in my head then double check.

    My groups first anwser was 72600 sheep.My groups second anwser was 28000. What a tricky task Miss Campbell that took alot of time and also needed a lot of strategies.

    The anwser for both problems easy.The first one was 72600 and the second anwser was 28100
