YELLOW DAY

On Thursday Halcombe School celebrated Daffodil Day by all dressing in yellow. We paraded around at 9am and donated a gold coin to the Cancer Society.

Costumes ranged from yellow rugby socks to wearing a yellow rubbish bag as a dress. It was an outrageous day to have fun, dress up and give to an awesome charity.
Well done to all those who put an effort into dressing up. We look forward to Yellow Day again next year!

  1. I was so impressed by the creativity shown by some people! It just shows you don't need to spend any money - I saw pegs, plastic bags, buckets and even the yellow pages from the phone book! Thank you for getting involved and supporting the Cancer Society R4 - awesome!
