On Monday the
senior school visited the Whanganui Museum to help us learn more about our topic Maoritanga.
We split into two
groups. Room 4 did harakeke weaving in the morning and learnt about Maori
instruments in the afternoon. At lunch time we also did a quiz which was found
to be very challenging but fun.
Thank you to all those
who helped make this trip happen.
This was my fun day of my life time.Now i will know what is harakeke.
