She spoke to us about pollution and the effects of pollutants in our waterways.
She got us to pour a range of pollutants into a bowl of clear fresh water - it was disgusting what ends up in the ocean! Poor fish!

When we throw something away, I think it is important to think about where 'away' actually is...this is a very important topic to learn about.
