Halcombe School entered to the Manawatu Garden & Lifestyle
Festival Schools Competition over the weekend. After many hours planning,
painting, cutting, sculpting, spraying and gluing Our creative Halcombe School
children produced an awesome alligator that came home with a second place blue
ribbon! We were awarded with a $100 voucher to spend at Mauways Nursery.
The alligator is on display this week in the office for
everyone to see. A massive thank you to all those children who contributed to
this creature.
Congratulations to everyone in the green team. You all did a wonderful job with your alligator.
