    I think there is 13 triangles all together.

    I think that the answer is 13 triangles because I can see:
    1 big triangle
    3 medium triangles
    9 small triangles
    This is how I worked it out; 9+1=10 and 10+3=13
    So mainly the answer is 13 triangles.
