They then continued to walk 7km which took them 3 and 3/4 hours. Within this time they had two breaks of 5 minutes each.
What time did they arrive back home again?
I estimate the time might be 5.45pm.

30-3=27
10.57+3=11.00
11.00+ 27=11.27
11.27+3 hours=1.27
3/4=45 minutes
1.27+45=2.12
5x2=10
2.12+10=2.22
This next part really tricked me. Now Greer and Heath have to travel BACK home which took 45 minutes.
2.22+42 minutes=3.04

I tink it is 3.54 because 8.45 + 42mins is 9.27 + 1 hour and a half is 10.57 + 30 mins is 11.27 + 3 hours and 45 mins is 3.12 + 42 minutes to get back is 3.54
